At BabyReveal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Because our product is a digital service (AI-powered gender reveal experience), traditional "returns" do not apply. However, we offer a fair refund policy as described below.
Digital Product — No Physical Returns
BabyReveal is a digital service. There are no physical goods to ship or return. Your subscription grants you access to our AI-powered gender reveal platform, including the countdown experience, confetti, balloons, and fireworks effects.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- You have not used the gender reveal feature.
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service.
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are generally not available if:
- You have already completed a gender reveal using the platform.
- More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.
- You simply changed your mind after using the service.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@genderreveal.love with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
